SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE
2011 FISCAL BUDGET
TO: All Members of the Board of Directors and All Members of the Association
NOTICE is hereby given on October 7, 2010 that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Florida Club Condominium Association, Inc., will be held at the date, hour and place noted below:

October 21, 2010, Friday
HOUR: 6:00 P.M.
PLACE: Florida Club
Condominiums, Clubhouse, 500 Florida Club Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32084
PURPOSE:
For the purpose of adopting a budget for the 2011 fiscal year.
POSTING: This notice has also
been posted on the community property, www.floridaclubcondos.org, and mailed to each member in accordance with the bylaw and statutory requirements. Please find enclosed a copy of
the proposed budget, which the board will consider at this meeting.
PROPOSED BUDGET: A
copy of the proposed budget has been included with this notice. This proposed budget has been reviewed by the
Board of Directors and presented to all members of the association after careful evaluation and professional accounting recommendations.
The Board may decide to make changes they find are necessary at the above posted meeting. The approved 2011 Approved
Budget will be mailed to all members of the association at least (20) days prior to January 1, 2011. The 2011
Proposed Budget will not propose an increase to monthly maintenance fees.
Notice of the budget meeting was mailed,
or hand-delivered to each unit owner at the address last furnished to the Association in accordance with the requirements
of Section 718.112 (2) (d) Paragraph 2, F.S., at least fourteen days prior to the annual budget meeting. Requirements
of Bylaws Section 10, (10.1 Budget) Paragraph 1, the manager of the Association (or designated officer) shall execute an affidavit
evidencing compliance with such notice requirement and such affidavit shall be filed among the official records of the Association.
