The association currently spends approximately $30,000 annually
on Flood Insurance. The board will be reviewing Flood Insurance for the Florida Club which has been surveyed as an “X”
or no flood zone area with professionals (engineer & Insurance) and will be voting on whether or not flood insurance should
be renewed.
