Pool Pass Resolution
Parking Permit Resolution
All Association property including, Pool Passes and Parking Permits, must be returned to the Association Management
Office when the renter(s) vacates the Unit described in the lease on record with the Association Management Office.
Renter(s) that move from one unit in the condominium to another unit within the condominium are required to return Pool
Passes and Parking Permits issued to the lease on record. New Pool Passes and Parking Permits will be issued to
the renter(s) at the new address described in the new lease.
______Residents will be charged $35.00 to
have a lost/stolen pool pass replaced. $35.00 will be held from the $250.00 renters deposit held on escrow for unreturned
pool passes, per pool pass.
_____ Residents will be charged $100.00 to have a lost/stolen-parking permit
replaced. $100.00 will be held from the $250.00 renters deposit held on escrow for unreturned parking permits, per parking
permit.
